And now you’re knockin’ on Paradise Alley? I just watched this recently for the 1978 Dew Over because it was a favorite of mine at the time. Granted I didn’t include it with my nominations for best picture, but it sure is still fun to watch. Think of it as a live action cartoon and I guarantee you’ll enjoy it!

You should revisit The Siege. I found the script to be very smart and terrifyingly accurate considering the film was released 3 years before the events of 9/11. The film predicts exactly how the US would react to a large scale terrorist attack and allows us to see who the real bad guy would be.

There was an extended interview with the person who will direct “The Stand” on the most recent episode of the “Hollywood Babble-On” podcast, he also directed “The Fault in our Stars” apparently.
